Carpet Court are an innovative flooring specialist that make it their business to deliver improved solutions for customers. Durability is key in the category and Carpet Court wanted to ensure they could make their Rhino hard flooring category be incredibly differentiated when a customer is browsing.

The approach + solution 

The launch of the Rhino hard flooring category was one of many projects that the team has completed for the Carpet Court team during a partnership going back to 2015.


Carpet Court leads the way in consumer and commercial flooring in NZ, constantly innovating to lift the category and customer experience.


The introduction of the Rhino hard flooring category was a major product launch which our team was able to maximise value with bespoke in-store display and information stands to grab the customers attention and provide the right information for a persuasive sales introduction.  

Previous projects had seen RX complete the design of a network master brand refresh including exterior and interior signage and store layout.
