Up next in the meet the team series we have Claudia Holley! She has been part of the RX Team for just under 3 years and is an absolute delight to work with.
With a background as a category and marketing specialist, Claudia brings a wealth of retail experience having worked with one of NZ’s largest health companies specialising in the beauty and fragrance sector.  
Claudia also brings an exceptional understanding of customer service and front-line skills integral to developing customer engagement and experience initiatives from her time working with The Department Store, Tigerlily and Blakchaos.
We’ve asked Claudia a few questions to get to know her a little better.
What inspires you?
I find I am most inspired when I am experiencing and learning new things. Whether it's through travel, mastering a new skill or getting out of my comfort zone to tackle a new challenge.
What does a typical day at RX look like for you?
The world of marketing means no two days alike which is why I love it! A typical day starts with emails, writing a to-do list and checking in on our clients campaign data - this is the fun part as I love to analyse the results and uncover new insights that shape our strategies. On meeting days, It’s catching up with our team on projects and checking in with clients. And then there are my creative days which are dedicated to content planning, creating campaigns and staying up to date with the latest and greatest in digital!
Favourite store/customer experience?
Mecca takes the crown. As someone who appreciates the convenience of online shopping, an exceptional online experience is important to me. The standout would have to be their Beauty Loop boxes, these delightful surprises always manage to capture my attention and whether I need a new product or not, I always find myself ‘adding to cart’.
Favourite food?
I can’t go past Italian food!
Favourite movie?
It’s hard to choose just one! But if I had to pick, Eat, Pray, Love.
